They have helped establish business connections in Marquette County through their Business After Hours Events. Through their Electric Line Technician program hundreds have been trained before graduating which allows them to immediately enter the work force.

The construction industry is a vital sector of the economy, and its workers face a range of hazards daily. From working at heights to operating heavy machinery, construction workers are exposed to numerous dangers that can result in serious injuries. Superior Life Services has partnered with the Home Builders Association of the Upper Peninsula since 2017 to provide OSHA compliant CPR and First Aid training to their members.

Marquette Builders Exchange has opened their office to host CPR and First Aid training at their office since 2022. CPR and First Aid training can benefit the construction industry by increasing workplace safety and reducing liability. When workers are trained in CPR and First Aid, they can respond quickly and effectively in an emergency, reducing the risk of injury and death.

Superior Extrusion, Inc has long understood that having an AED on site can help ensure the safety of employees and customers in case of a cardiac emergency. An AED can be used immediately to help someone experiencing sudden cardiac arrest, increasing the chances of survival before emergency services arrive. Since 2011, Superior Life Services has been providing on-site training for dozens of employees annually.
